In publishing news, I attended SyncSummit, an incredible conference for musicians, music supervisors, sync licensors, producers and more. Luckily for me, it was held in Los Angeles and I loved every minute of it. In just a few days, I learned so much and met so many amazing, interesting people. What a week it was!
Timing is always in divine order. Before this conference, my associate Melanie and I are getting the hang of sync placement and licensing... We hope to be up and running in mid-March. Let's see how I continue to balance business, songwriting, and performance – there are so many hats to wear and I love wearing them all. Friends have told me that when I’m focused, I am like a jaguar prowling on the hunt. I definitely feel that way now!
